Slopes Bar-B-Que Owner Mark Mathison said a bad food score can "turn customers off."
"I know we have customers that strictly come in because we always have good scores," Mathison said.
Slopes Bar-B-Que, 1133 N. Tennessee Street, had an April 10 food inspection score of 91-A.
